MEET HALO ProfileS: AGI & SEB

Their everyday missions are shaped by movement and connection. They run to think, to feel, to reset. Guided by nature rather than numbers, they follow what the day gives — wind, terrain, energy. It’s not about pace or performance, but about staying connected: to the body, to the moment, to the world around them. Out there, everything slows down — and that’s where it all makes sense.

“I run more by feel than by pace or heart rate – honestly I know nothing about all the stats. And quite frankly I also don’t care. I run because I love it, I want to have fun. I don’t want to put pressure on myself with all the stats. I run when I feel good… and that can be at 4:45 or at 6:30… every day is different. I love the moment just before sunrise when the world is quiet and the legs start moving. It reminds me that running isn’t about pace or distance — it’s about freedom.”

“Movement is always part of my day. Whether it’s running, hiking, climbing, surfing, jiu jitsu or yoga, I try to start the day moving and ideally outside. When not working or pursuing outdoor adventures I spend a lot of time in my garden & working on projects around the house. Movement is how I reset. It clears my head and brings me back to what actually matters. It allows me to be me. It’s probably the closest thing I have to meditation. It’s amazing how even a small run can completely change ones mood & energy.”
